Howdy! My name is BinniBunni, or just Binni works! I'm a 27yo artist - she/he/they - who's been doing art on and off for nearly 15 years now! Consistently, I've been working on refining my style and my branding over the course of 5 years.I'm a polyamorous pansexual who's also genderfluid and so representation is very important to me in my life and in my art. I love animals and want to take in and care for elder animals at some point in my life to give them quality love in their end of life. I'm also a witch who plans to eventually open her own family ran shop and cafe!There's a lot in life that I want, obviously I'd like to live and not just survive, but I also want to be able to pass on a helping hand to others. My ref sheets are each made with you in mind so there's not a single price point. However I will always be upfront with you on price depending on complexity and I will work with you to achieve your ref sheet to your standard.Happy to include multiple outfits, several accessories, etc with additional cost.Below are some starting points for the bare minimum you require in your sheet.

If sharing my art on social media or for commercial purposes, you will credit me as an artist and link back to my Carrd or other social media.I do not take commission from minors - anyone under 18 - or anyone using payment information that is not their own.I have the right to cancel your commission if any of my ToS is breached at any time.My art is not allowed to be used alongside or training of AI art.

Terms of Service
General Terms
1. All commissions come with personal and commercial use, but credit must still be applied to any artwork I create for you. Any writing I do for you is for personal use only unless we discuss ghostwriting otherwise. If sharing my writing credit must be given.2. I, BinniBunni, have the right to claim any finished drawing or writing as my own, and have the right to promote it on any of my socials.- The buyer can post it anywhere with appropriate credit to the artist.
- The buyer can use it to promote themselves on their socials, and credit is required
- The buyer can claim characters drawn or written, but not the drawing or writing itself.3. I have the right to not accept any order that makes me feel uncomfortable for any reason.
Payments & Refunds
1. Payments are made upfront unless we discuss otherwise. For large commission orders > $100USD at least 50% upfront and the rest after sketches or half of the pieces are done (depending on order).2. Payment plans are accepted only if you have a recurring history of commissioning from me or a large order > $100USD.-- Payment plans will be worked out to benefit both parties at the time of commission. They can be set up before a commission is started if the queue is larger than 4 orders ahead of you.3. Refunds are only granted up until you receive your sketch check in. Once you have confirmed the sketch is acceptable, there will be no refunds past that point.4. By commissioning me, you agree not to file any chargeback. If a chargeback is issued, this ToS and our conversation will be used as evidence to the respected method to support my case. You will lose the aforementioned rights to the commission, as well as be blacklisted from commissioning me for an acceptable amount of time that could end indefinitely.
Writing Specifics
Above terms still applyWriting commissions can take longer than my art commissions, however you will be given access to view and comment on the doc once I begin the commission.My writing can be shared for personal reasons only unless we discuss it beforehand, and a commercial fee is paid in addition to the commission charge.- If purchasing a commercial usage on my writing it will be a ghostwriter charge and you, as the buyer, can share and use my writing to profit from. However if you cannot afford a commercial usage fee, we can work it out getting a portion of profit wherever you use it commercially.- Commercial usage fee can vary depending on several factors.
